We made it to Randers, a city I have never heard of in Denmark. We had smooth travels, flying through Germany under cloudy skies. The only hitch was a three car pileup in Denmark that slowed traffic to a crawl. Tomorrow we have a short trip to the ferry, a short EXPRESS ferry to Kristiansand, and three more hours home. Julian was a real trooper, as usual.
For some reason, I feel much more comfortable driving on the autobahn than on US freeways. Drivers generally are safer, and there are no worries about speeding tickets. The roads are generally extremely well maintained, and the rest stops are second to none.
